Requirements
:: Rates are subject to change without notice.
:: Valid driver's license and passport required.
:: Our basic coverage RISK ACCEPTANCE, (Liability) is mandatory.
:: Visa, Amex, Master Card, Discovery and Dinners accepted.
:: Minimum rental is 2 days.
:: Minimum age for rentals is 21 years old, and maximum is 75 years old. (For nationals minimum is 23 and driver must have at least 3 years experience as a driver)
:: Security Deposit is $500 to $2.500 depending on the selected coverage and the car type.
:: No cash deposit accepted.
:: Rates include unlimited mileage.
:: Rentals are restricted to Costa Rica, vehicles may not be driven outside the country.
:: If you need the car to be delivered or picked up outside our offices, a drop off fee may apply.
:: Vehicles and SUV 4WD are not to be driven thru rivers, creeks, beach or ponds; by doing so, all coverage will be voided and customer becomes fully responsible for all damages incur to vehicle.
:: If San José International Airport is your pick up Location a 13% airport fee will apply.
:: A license plate fee of $1.35 applies to all rentals.
:: Our cancelation policy is to charge $50.00 USD if you don´t show up for your reservation, or you don´t cancel at least 48 hours before your pick up date.
